Confirmed by the District Court Oct. 9, 1855; appeal dismissed Feb. 23, 1857. Patent issued to Bernardo Yorba July 25, 1866, for 13,328.53 acres. The patent is recorded in San Bernardino and Los Angeles, and in Santa Ana, Orange County. No. 475 General Land Office map. In Orange County 11,319.43 acres; in San Bernardino County 2,009.10 acres. This grant was also sometimes called Cañada de Santa Anita, or Cañada de Capay. Bowman, J.N.
