Case dismissed by the Supreme Court Jan. 16, 1865, by mandate. Patent issued to Cayetano Juarez Mar. 8, 1867, for 35.541.33 acres. The patent is recorded in Ukiah, Mendocino County. No. 23 General Land Office map. This grant was also called Tokaya. Bowman, J.N.
