Confirmed by the District Court Feb. 11, 1856. Appeal dismissed by the Supreme Court Apl. 2, 1857. Patent issued to Guillermo A. Richardson heirs Aug. 7, 1879, for 19,571.92 acres. The patent is recorded in San Rafael, Marin County. No. 36 General Land Office map. The name of this grant is also written Saucilito. It is also sometimes referred to as a sobrante but nothing is found in the papers in the case to indicate that it was. Richardson's first position is dated Feb. 18, 1835, but no action followed until Feb. 11, 1838. The name Galindo as a prior grantee is not found in the papers in the case. Bowman, J.N.
