Claim filed by Clement Fanaud and Andrés Pico Mar. 2, 1853. Rejected by the Board Feb. 6, 1855, and Dec. 18, 1855. Rejected by the District Court Oct. 2, 1860, and Apl. 10, 1862. Rejected because no grant was proven and because the governor was without authority to sell a grant. The grant was in the name of Juan B. Alvarado for himself and Andrés Pico. Bowman, J.N.
