Confirmed by the District Court Mar. 9, 1857. Confirmed by the Supreme Court Feb. 20, 1860, by mandate. Patent issued to Ferdinand Vassault Dec. 18, 1882, for 18.57 acres. The patent was among the land grant papers which survived the 1906 San Francisco fire, and is now in the National Archives, Washington. No. 543 General Land Office map. Bowman, J.N.
