Granted by Micheltorena Feb. 12, 1844, to Rafael Cacho; about 2 leagues, by description. Claim filed by Jose W. Revere Feb. 22, 1853. Confirmed by the Board Feb. 13, 1855. Confirmed by the District Court June 26, 1858. Patent issued to Jose W. Revere April 4, 1860, for 8,701.00 acres. This grant was also called Satracotchoa by the Indians. The Toma entry implies that there was a previous grant and that this was an augmentation. Only a few of the court papers are in the case. The Board transcript has been lost but is now replaced by a photostat copy from Washington, in 1938. Bowman, J.N.
