Claim filed by Isaac Graham and William Ware June 4, 1852. Confirmed by the Board June 26, 1855. Confirmed by the District Court Oct. 31, 1859, and Oct. 26, 1863. Confirmed by the Supreme Court Jan. 3, 1887, by mandate. Patent issued to Isaac Graham et al Aug. 19, 1870, for 2,658.21 acres. The patent survey shows an overlap of about 185 acres with Cañada del Rincon on the south. On Nov. 7, 1855, Graham purchased from Sainsevain the northern half league of Cañada del Rincon.
