Vibiana Aparicio-Chamberlin (photo donor) is at an unidentified park performing with a rod puppet for a production called "La Migra" presented by Teatro de los Ninos, the first Chicano theater group in the United States with children performers. Vibiana is colorfully dressed, wearing an orange brown floppy hat with a fake pink flower, a blue shirt with rainbow colored hems and a brown apron with patches and pin buttons over her blue overalls. She also has an exaggerated red blush circle on her cheek to look like a doll. Her left hand is supporting the puppet while her right hand is maneuvering the puppet's rod. In back of her are different colored materials hanging over a high bar and hanging from that is a sack containing other puppets and fabric. This image was provided by Thomas B. Martinez for inclusion in the Foto East LA collection.
