Interview with Stuart Bevier Show. As regional forester, U.S. Forest Service, in charge of California national forests, discusses the development and operation of the Civilian Conservation Corps, recreation use of national forests, and relations between the Forest Service and the U.S. National Park Service, particularly during the Kings Canyon National Park controversy. Relates also an account of the camping trip in the high Sierra with generals Hap Arnold and George C. Marshall in 1944.
