California Preservation Service (CAPS)
Gas station on Brooklyn Avenue (later renamed Cesar Chavez Avenue) between Rowan Avenue and Dittman Avenue. The gas station had Chinese owners and there is still a gas station there. Circa 1950. This image was provided by Ernestina Martinez for inclusion in the Foto East LA collection.
