California Preservation Service (CAPS)
Francisco Trujillo, grandfather of Rose Wiley (photo donor), comfortably astride his horse in 1910 in front of trees at a public gathering in Santa Monica Canyon (exact location unknown). He died a few years later when a horse kicked him. This image was provided by Rose Wiley through The Topanga Historical Society for inclusion in the Topanga Digital History collection.
