California Audiovisual Preservation Project (CAVPP)
The White House was one of the first luxury goods department stores opened in San Francisco, which opened its doors in 1854 by Raphael Weill. This film shows the historical exhibit of a span of 110 years of business of this iconic San Francisco store, including its revered architecture, which closed its doors one year after this film was made.
