News coverage of the First Day of Issue Ceremony of the Carreta stamp by the United States Postal Service, August 30, 1988. Festivities took place at the San Jose Historical Museum at Kelley Park and included speeches by the San Jose Postmaster and local civics leaders. News segments from: 1) KICU, Channel 36, News at Ten; 2) KNTV, Channel 11, News at Five; and 3) KSTS, Channel 48, News at 6 (in Spanish).
