Note
The parchment is crumpled at top concealing first line and the ends of lines 2 to 5. Beneath line 10 begin stitches of twine that appear to attach a second, also inscribed, piece of parchment underneath the first. The second piece bears 6 or 7 lines of text which may be the beginnings of lines 8 to 12. Bullae Location: Bulla is at end of line 11 on left margin. Recto: At least 12 lines. (See note.). Verso: Blank.
