Skid trail over which the logs have been skidded out to the ice road, showing also the debris left and the condition of the woods after logging. This particular tract was being logged for the third time. First the pine was taken out on railroad, then the hemlock and at this time the hardwoods, using a portion of the old railroad grade for road. [Possibly taken in Michigan]
