"This edition of the Codex Bodley 2858 is of 400 copies. Color printing of the Codex was done by Foto-Ilustradores, S. A. (Calle de Augusto Rodin 31), under the direction of señor Manuel Bennett. Señor and señora Almela Meliá, of the National University of Mexico and the National Institute of Anthropology and History, bound the Codex. The text was printed on Corsican Antique paper by Editorial Libros de México, S.A. (Avenida Coyoacán No. 1035). The edition of both the Codex and the Commentary was designed and supervised by Dr. Alfonso Caso."--Colophon, from Caso supplement.
