Description

Chronicles the work of Elvia Alvarado, a Honduran woman peasant activist, in getting the peasants, including the peasant women, of Honduras to, in light of the failure of the Honduran government to implement its own land-reform statute, take over the land themselves and set up a land-reform program of their own, in order to better their economic situation.
