Orphanage courtyard views with children assembled for exercise, marching drills, play, etc. Formerly unidentified negatives, identified based on comparison of buildings seen in official Near East Relief photographs (See PIC Folder 3). (School in army barracks for Armenian orphans). Photographs are from Gertrude Anthony's time (1919-1922?) as a teacher in orphanages or schools for Armenian children in Greece and Turkey, or on a return trip in approximately 1929.
