Enlarged from: Special map of European Russia 1:420,000 (10-verst map), published 1872-1935. Place names, boundaries, and transportation data corrected to 1938.

Some sheets overprinted in red with military grid and a Gradnetzschema, a key to using the grid. These sheets are marked "Geheim" and were produced to plan the German invasion of the Soviet Union in June 1941.
