Granted by Jose R. Estrada, prefect, Jan. 2, 1843, to Jose C. Boronda; 3 suertes. Claim filed by James Stokes Mar. 2, 1853. Rejected by the Board Oct. 2, 1855, because it was not proven that the land was within the pueblo. Appeal dismissed by the District Court Dec. 22, 1856. This grant was also called Three Suertes, and also Pajaro. Bowman, J.N.
