Confirmed by the Board July 17, 1855. Appeal dismissed by the District Court Feb. 1, 1858. Rejected by the Circuit Court Sept. 22, 1875, because the governor had no authority to make such a grant. The District Court was sustained by the Supreme Court Feb. 3, 1879, in an evictment suit. Bowman, J.N.
