Rejected by the Board June 26, 1855, because the claim had already been confirmed in the claim of Ex-Mission San Gabriel, 345 SD. Rejected by the Supreme Court Apl. 18, 1864, because of fraud and because the governor had no authority to sell a grant. Bowman, J.N.
