Confirmed by the Board May 15, 1855. Confirmed by the District Court Apl. 1, 1861, and June 5, 1865. Appeal dismissed by the Supreme Court Mar. 24, 1864, and the case remanded Mar. 2, 1869. Patent issued to Manuel A. Rodriguez de Poli Aug. 24, 1874, for 48,822.91 acres. The patent is recorded in Ventura. No. 396 general Land Office map. Bowman, J.N.
