Confirmed by the District Court Aug. 18, 1862. Cause dismissed by the Supreme Court Mar. 24, 1864, by mandate. Patent issued to David Jacks July 30, 1867, for 399.57 acres. The patent is recorded in Salinas Monterey County. No. 259 General Land Office map. The name, Tucho, was given to the land after the grant was made. Bowman, J.N.
