Rejected by the Board Jan. 23, 1855. Confirmed by the District Court June 8, 1857. Appeal dismissed by the Supreme Court Feb. 12, 1864, by mandate. Patent issued to David S. Gregory and Edward L. Williams June 20, 1872, for 37.69. The patent is recorded in Salinas, Monterey County. No. 260 General Land Office map. Bowman, J.N.
