Claim filed by John Wilson, for Romualdo, Feb. 17, 1852, for 1/10 of a league. Rejected by the Board Dec. 12, 1854. Confirmed by the District Court Feb. 9, 1857, and Dec. 20, 1869. Confirmed by the Supreme Court Mar. 24, 1864, by mandate, for the amount of the grant. Patent issued to Juan Wilson Apl. 13, 1871, for 117.13 acres. The patent is recorded in San Luis Obispo.
