Confirmed by the District Court Feb. 28, 1856; appeal dismissed Feb. 24, 1857. Patent issued to Daniel Sexton May 16, 1871, for 48.13 acres. The patent is recorded in Los Angeles. No 452 General Land Office map. This grant was also called Santa Anita. Bowman, J.N.
