Claim filed by Juan Gallarado Nov. 11, 1852. Rejected by the Board Nov. 14, 1854. Confirmed by the District Court Feb. 6, 1860, for the first grant only. Appeal dismissed by the Supreme Court Mar. 6, 1861, by mandate. Patent issued to Benjamin D. Wilson Feb. 12, 1881, for 708.57 acres. The patent is recorded in Los Angeles.
