Appeal dismissed by the Supreme Court Jan. 16, 1863, by mandate, and cause dismissed Mar. 24, 1864, also by mandate. Patent issued to the City of Santa Barbara May 31, 1872, for 17,826.17 acres. The patent is recorded in Santa Barbara. No. 386 General Land Office map. Bowman, J.N.
