Rejected by the Board Oct. 17, 1854. Confirmed by the District Court Dec. 31, 1856; appeal dismissed by the Supreme Court Feb. 19, 1864, by mandate. Patent issued to Leon V. Prudhomme Dec. 9, 1872, for 13,045.21 acres. The patent is recorded in San Bernardino. No. 479 General Land Office map. Bowman, J.N.
