Confirmed by the Board Sept. 19, 1854. Confirmed by the District Court June 3, 1856, and Mar. 25, 1864. Patent issued to John Gilroy and Julian Martin Sept. 27, 1867, for 4,460.67 acres. The patent is recorded in San Jose, Santa Clara County. No. 228 General Land Office map. In Santa Clara County 4,313.22 acres; in San Benito County 147.45 acres. Bowman, J.N.
