The patent is recorded in Los Angeles. No. 433 General Land Office map. Abbott vs Ickes, Supreme Court, Dist. Of Columbia, case 57,733, for the invalidation of the patent; the attempt was rejected Oct. 31, 1934; this decision was affirmed by the Circuit Court of Appeals May 6, 1935 -- Federal (2nd) 223; and in turn it was affirmed by the Supreme Court Oct. 14, 1935 -- 296 US 612; 80 Law Ed 434.
