Confirmed by the District Court Jan. 14, 1857; appeal dismissed June 3, 1857. Patent issued to Michaela Linares et al Aug. 9, 1866, for 165.76 acres. The patent is recorded in San Luis Obispo. No 334 General Land Office map. On Feb. 7, 1842, Alvarado had granted permission to sow for 1 year. The patent calls this grant Eanchito de Santa Fe; this name is not found in the expediente, Board, or Court papers. Bowman, J.N.
