Alvarado Nov. 4, 1852. Rejected by the Board Feb. 21, 1854. Confirmed by the District Court Mar. 4, 1858. Appeal dismissed by the Supreme Court Feb. 29, 1876, by mandate. Patent issued to Francisco M. Ruiz Apl. 13, 1876, for 8,486.01 acres. The patent is recorded in San Diego. No. 525 General Land Office map. The augmentation was called Cuervo. Bowman, J.N.
