On Feb. 12, 1846, the grant was partitioned among the three grantees. Claim filed by Ricardo Vijar et al Oct. 9, 1852, for about 2 leagues. Confirmed by the Board Jan. 31, 1854. Confirmed by the District Court Feb. 25, 1856; appeal dismissed Feb. 23, 1857. Patent issued to Henry Dalton, Ignacio Palomares, and Ricardo Vijar Jan. 20, 1875, for 22,340.41 acres.
