On Feb. 12, 1846, the land was partitioned among the three grantees. Claim filed by Ignacio Palomares Sept. 26, 1852, for 2 leagues. Confirmed by the Board Jan. 31, 1854. Confirmed by the District Court Feb. 25, 1856; appeal dismissed Feb. 23, 1857. Patent issued to Henry Dalton, Ignacio Palomares, and Ricardo Vijar Dec. 4, 1875, for 4,430.64 acres.
