Claim filed by Luis Vignes (who brought the grant on June 15, 1846) Sept. 13, 1852. Rejected by the Board Mar. 14, 1854. Confirmed by the District Court Sept. 21, 1855; appeal dismissed Oct. 18, 1855. Patent issued to Luis Vignes Jan. 18, 1860, for 26,608.94 acres. The patent is recorded in San Diego. No. 492 General Land Office map. The transcripts in these two cases (6 SD and 119 SD) are duplicates; the court papers are in 119 SD. Bowman, J.N.
