Claim filed by Pio Pico and Juan C. Perez Oct. 4, 1852; on Nov. 1, 1852, they were joined in a supplimental claim by Bernardo Guirado and Joaquin Sepulveda to whom parcels of the grant had been deeded Oct. 22, 1843. Confirmed by the Board Dec. 27, 1853. Confirmed by the District Court Feb. 7, 1856; appeal dismissed Feb. 24, 1857. Patent issued (1) to Pio Pico and Juan G. Perez Aug. 5, 1881, for 8,991.22 acres, (2) to Bernardo Guirado Sept. 27, 1867, for 197.63 acres. All three patents are recorded in Los Angeles. No. 465, 548 General Land Office map. Bowman, J.N.
