Pacheco Feb. 24, 1852, and later by his executor Isadora Pacheco de Malaren. Confirmed by the Board Dec. 27, 1852, for 2 leagues. Confirmed by the District Court Feb. 20, 1857, and Jan. 12, 1861, for 1 league; final decree issued Oct. 13, 1864. Confirmed by the Supreme Court Feb. 15, 1864, by mandate, for 2 leagues. Patent issued to Francisco P. Pacheco Jan. 14, 1871, for 6,794.76 acres. The patent is recorded in Hollister, San Benito County. No. 231 General Land Office map.
