Claim filed by Maria Antonia Martinez de Richardson et al July 8, 1852. Confirmed by the Board Oct. 24, 1854. Confirmed by the District Court Apl. 12, 1866. Patent issued to Maria Anontia Martinez de Richardson et al Aug. 22, 1868, for 17,760.64 acres. The patent is recorded in Martinez, Contra Costa County. No. 126 General Land Office map.
