Confirmed by the Board Aug. 15, 1854. Confirmed by the District Court Mar. 22, 1858, and Apl. 20, 1867. The Supreme Court passed on the survey Apl. 20, 1867, by docket entry of the mandate -- the mandate itself is lost. Patent issued to Quintin Ortega Oct. 22, 1868, for 4,438.65 acres.
