Confirmed by the Board Aug. 15, 1854. Confirmed by the District Court Mar. 22, 1858, and Apl. 20, 1867. The Supreme Court passed on the survey Apl. 20, 1867, by docket entry of the mandate -- the mandate itself is lost. Patent issued to Quintin Ortega Oct. 22, 1868, for 4,438.65 acres. The patent is recorded in San Jose, Santa Clara County. No. 229 General Land Office map. In Santa Clara County 4,291.20 acres; in San Benio County 146.45 acres. Bowman, J.N.
