Confirmed by the Board Feb. 28, 1854. Confirmed by the District Court Aug. 17, 1857, Oct. 18, 1858, Nov. 16, 1861, and Oct. 14, 1864. Confirmed by the Supreme Court Apl. 30, 1858, and Mar. 26, 1859, by mandate. Patent issued to Charles Fossatt Feb. 3, 1865, for 3,360.48 acres. The patent is recorded in San Jose, Santa Clara County. No. 194 General Land Office map. This grant was also called San Vicente. Bowman, J.N.
