Claim filed by Ignacio Peralta June 18, 1852, for part of the grant. Confirmed by the Board Feb. 7, 1854. Confirmed by the District Court Jan. 13, 1857. For the claim for Yerba Buena Island see 100 ND. Patent issued to Ignacio Peralta Feb. 3, 1858, for 9,416.66 acres. The patent is recorded in Oakland, Alameda County. No. 130 General Land Office map.
