Confirmed by the Southern District June 27, 1855. Confirmed by the Supreme Court May 12, 1856, by mandate. Patent issued to Cruz Cervantes Jan. 6, 1874, for 7,424.69 acres. The patent is recorded in Hollister, San Benito County. No. 232 General Land Office map. The Supreme Court mandate in the filed is dated May 14 instead of May 12 as given in 15 Law Ed 484.
