Claim filed by Edward A. Breed, Charles B. Young, W.F. Kelsey, and Harvey Sparks July 26, 1852, for about 16 leagues. Rejected by the Board Sept. 11, 1855, because of indefinite description of the land claimed. Appeal dismissed by the District Court Apl. 19, 1862. Bowman, J.N.
