Pena (under the name of Armijo); 10 leagues, by name. Claim filed by Juan M. Vaca and Juan F. Pena Feb 20. 1852. Rejected by the Board Nov. 15, 1853. Confirmed by the District Court July 5, 1855. Confirmed by the Supreme Court Mar. 12, 1856, by mandate. Patent issued to Juan M. Vaca and Juan F. Pena June 4, 1858, for 44,383.78 acres. The patent is recorded in Fairfield, Solano County.
