Appeal dismissed by the District Court Nov. 26, 1856. Patent issued to Elam Brown May 18, 1858, for 3,328.95 acres. The patent is recorded in Martinez, Contra Costa County. No. 124, General Land Office map. Deposited Expediente 14 gives the litigation with Moraga over the boundary line between Acalanes and Laguna del los Palos Colorados.
