Rejected by the District Court June 26, 1858, and Oct. 7, 1864. Rejected by the Supreme Court Apl. 30, 1860, by mandate, because of fraud. This grant was also called Pulpunes, and also Potrero. In the expediente the grant is also called sobrante. The Board and Court papers write the name as Ulpinos and as Ulpines. Bowman, J.N.
