Claim filed by the City of Sonoma May 21, 1852 for 4 leagues. Confirmed by the Board Jan. 22, 1856. Confirmed by the District Court Nov. 1, 1864. Patent issued to the City of Sonoma Mar. 31, 1880, for 6,063.95 acres. The patent is recorded in Santa Rosa, Sonoma County. No. 68 General Land Office map. Bowman, J.N.
