Richardson Mar. 16, 1852. Confirmed by the Board Nov. 6, 1855. Rejected by the District Court May 8, 1866, because the genuiness of the grant was not proven. Appeal dismissed and case remanded by the Supreme Court Oct. 22, 1869, and Nov. 22, 1872, both by mandate. This grant was also called Land North of the Russian Settlement. Bowman, J.N.
